Ladera Ranch residents have a chance to help shape next summer's soundtrack. The community's Resident Choice vote is now open, inviting residents to select the band they would most like to see close out the 2027 Summer Concert Series.
Voting runs through Tuesday, November 3, at 11:59 p.m. The six choices cover several decades and styles: Backdraft Band, Family Style, Orange Tonic Band, The 80s vs 90s Show, The Brightsiders, and Your Mom 90s to Now!
That mix gives residents options ranging from 1960s, 1970s and 1980s crowd favorites to rock, variety, 1990s and 2000s music, and an '80s-versus-'90s concept.
The annual concert series is one of the community's signature warm-weather traditions, turning local parks into gathering places for neighbors, families and friends. The resident vote adds a useful bit of community participation well before the first summer show is announced.
The winning act is expected to be revealed in the spring on Ladera Ranch social media and again in the summer issue of Roots & Wings magazine.
Residents can review the candidates and cast their vote through the official LaderaLife event page. Some of the band-preview links lead to social platforms and may require an account to view.
If you have a strong preference, it is worth voting early—and sharing the ballot with neighbors who never miss a concert night.
