The 2026 Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation Board of Directors election is underway, giving eligible homeowners an opportunity to participate in the leadership of the association that oversees community common areas, finances and policies.
Online voting remains open until Friday, October 30, at 5 p.m. The election process is being administered by The Inspectors of Election, an independent third party.
Votes will be tabulated and the results announced at the Annual Meeting of the Neighborhood Representatives & Election on Wednesday, November 4. The meeting is scheduled for 7 to 9 p.m. at the Oak Knoll Village Clubhouse, 28192 O'Neill Drive, and is open to the membership.
Homeowners who have not yet voted should review the official election materials before the deadline. Those materials contain the candidate information, eligibility details and voting instructions needed to submit a ballot correctly.
Questions about the election process can be directed to The Inspectors of Election at LARMAC@tieivote.com or 888-211-5332. General community-election information is also available through the Annual Election section of LaderaLife.
Association elections do not always draw the same attention as large public elections, but the decisions made by the board can affect budgets, maintenance priorities, community rules and long-term planning close to home.
The practical takeaway is simple: confirm that you have received the appropriate election information, review the candidates and complete the online ballot before 5 p.m. on October 30.
